A school like DSST is trying to close the Achievement Gap by getting kids to go to college. Even though the school is in a not so good neighborhood they are proving the government wrong and making a difference in kids lives. Where as other schools in the neighborhood don't really care about the kids or if they get their work done. At DSST all of the teachers try their hardest and improve the kids preformance.
